De La Garza will be responsible for leading growth opportunities for the agency’s clients, as well as overseeing the public relations department. Prior to joining the San Antonio shop, De La Garza was vice president at the strategic consulting firm MDLG & Associates and senior vice president of marketing, advertising and public affairs for Laredo National Bank.
