BOSTON Lang/Durham said it has elevated Eric Cavoli, a senior copywriter, to associate creative director and named him a principal of the independent marketing agency, along with co-founders Dean Lang and Jeff Durham.

Lang, president of the Farmington, Conn., agency, praised Cavoli’s ability to work smoothly with clients, vendors and staff along with his general, “managerial skills and business savvy.”

Prior to joining 20-person Lang/Durham five years ago, Cavoli worked at New York-based agency Nicholas-Forbes, as well as the in-house agency at Amerifit Nutrition.
