Cashman & Katz Integrated Communications, expanding beyond its Connecticut base, has opened a New York outpost with three people and two clients.
Buildings, a division of broadband provider Winstar Communications, New York, has tapped the shop for strategic planning, sales promotion and direct-marketing chores. Separately, the Strategic Decisions Group of Navigant Consulting in Chicago has retained the agency for advertising and Web-design services.
Both clients are being handled in the new 401 E. 34th St. office. Combined billings for the two accounts are about $2 million, said principal Tony Cashman.
