Three agencies have advanced in the review for California Lottery’s African American advertising account, according to sources.

The finalists are incumbent Carol H. Williams Advertising in Oakland, Calif., The Chisholm-Mingo Group/Sankofa Communications and La grant Communications, both in Los Angeles, sources said.

Lottery officials could be not be reached for comment. The account is worth $4 million over the next four years.

The account went into manda tory review in December. A finalist conference will be held at lottery headquarters in Sacramento later this month, followed by presentations on March 26-28.
