Citigate Albert Frank has named a new management team at its New York office. Beau Fraser, most recently managing director at Korey Kay & Partners in New York, fills the same post at CAF. Before KKP, Fraser was president and partner at Pagano Schenck & Kay and held a number of positions at Saatchi & Saatchi during the 18 years he was with the agency. David Bernstein, previously creative director at BBDO, Merkley Newman Harty and Ammirati & Puris, was named executive creative director.
