Cabi Assigns Miami Towers to Tinsley

ATLANTA Cabi Developers has chosen Tinsley Advertising following an informal review to handle advertising for its Everglades On the Bay residential towers, the shop said.

Miami-based Tinsley said it would launch its first work next month for the Aventura, Fla., client. Its six-page color insert will appear in the South Florida travel magazine, Ocean Drive. Tinsley said that it also is developing a media plan to include other lifestyle publications and daily newspapers in South Florida and other U.S. markets.

The “I live in the Everglades” campaign features scenic photos of that part of the state and models dressed in colorful clothes. Everglades On the Bay will rise later this year on 69,000 square feet of commercial space in downtown Miami, according to the client.

Future advertising that will promote the opening of the apartment complex is in development, the shop said.

Cabi Developers is the U.S. subsidiary of Gisca, a real estate developer headquartered in Mexico. The client has said that it would begin construction of the Miami towers later this year. A completion date has not been released.

Campaign spending was not disclosed.
