Donald Bullach has become associate creative director at White & Partners. Bullach arrives at the Herndon, Va., agency from TMP Worldwide, where he was an art director. With a background in illustration and photography, he has worked with clients including the U.S. Navy, Corning and Monster.com. W&P has also installed Matt Walker as a copywriter. Walker previously spent five years at The Bomstein Agency, working with clients like the Washington Capitals, the Baltimore Orioles and Frankel Automotive.
