TOKYO – At Backer Spielvogel Bates/Japan, Kim Walker will replace David Meredith as president and managing director. Walker was svp/director of marketing at BSB Worldwide/N.Y. Prior to that he headed up the Hong Kong and Singapore BSB offices. Meredith will assume the position of director of multinational accounts for BSB Europe in London.
