Tulsa, Okla.-based Brothers & Co. has promoted Donnita Butts to financial manager. In her new role, Butts is responsible for overseeing accounts receivables, payables and general office management. Butts has served as assistant to the president since 2000. The shop also has advanced Heather Risinger and Eric West to media manager and account executive, respectively. Risinger joined Brothers & Co. in 2000 as a media buyer; West previously served as a traffic manager, production manager and account coordinator.
