AOL Investors Plan to Protest
Investors concerned about AOL Time Warner’s failure to live up to expectations will protest at the board’s annual meeting this Friday, a group of shareholders said in a statement last week. AOL is battling to regain credibility with investors as it looks to dig out from a $26 billion net debt and federal probes into its accounting practices, as well as slow growth.
