Logan Marketing & Communications has promoted public relations account coordinator Ellen Brewer to public relations account executive. Brewer, who joined the New Orleans agency a year ago, previously was public relations director at Hess Marketing. She also has held a number of public relations internships at local organizations, including the VA Medical Center, Deveney Communication, the Louisiana CPA and Keating Magee Advertising and Public Relations.
