CHICAGO Howard Breen will join IPG’s MacLaren McCann WorldGroup in Toronto as chairman and chief executive, the agency said. Breen, 47, last week left his post as chairman and CEO of the North American region at WPP’s Young & Rubicam in Chicago. He will succeed Tony Miller, who this fall will return to his previous post as vice chairman of McCann-Erickson WorldGroup in New York. Miller will remain chairman emeritus of MacLaren.
