Brann Adds Direct Work from Guinness

BOSTON — Brann Worldwide has been hired by Diageo’s Guinness ale for relationship marketing chores following a review of undisclosed contenders, according to Andrea Franklin, Brann’s evp, chief strategy officer.

The work will consist largely of interactive and CRM chores and there was no incumbent on the business, Franklin said. She would not disclose the budget, which is believed to be in the low- to mid-seven-figures.

Guinness uses BBDO, New York, for its media advertising; the client spent about $10 million on ads last year, according to CMR.
