Bozell Kamstra Texas has won the $3 million advertising account of Ashton Woods Homes following a review.

The agency combined creative talent from both its Dallas and Austin, Texas, offices in order to win the home builder’s account, said BKT management supervisor and director of new business Corie Stagner. It was unclear at press time whether the incumbent, The Hay Agency, Dallas, participated.

Creative and media duties will involve newspaper, print, outdoor, direct and collateral. The account is the first of its category for Bozell Kamstra Texas.

Ashton Woods, based in Atlanta, has residential developments in Dallas and Houston in addition to its home market.
