DETROIT – Bombardier Corp. of Montreal, the maker of Ski-Doo snow-recreation vehicles and Sea-Doo water recreation vehicles is in the midst of a review for its U.S.-Canadian account, estimated at $3-4 million. Young & Rubicam, Montreal is the incumbent. This past year, Sea-Doo was given a boost in ad spending and exposure as the category went up 16% in 1992. The company has been talking to agencies in Canada, as well as Detroit, Chicago and Minneapolis.
