Seeking to cut the time and money involved in launching interactive ad campaigns, Newport, R.I.-based Bluestreak today introduced its Blueprints line of ad formats and functions.

Designed for advertisers, Web publishers and ad agencies, the products allow users to create or enhance campaigns — complete with rich media and transactional services — in five to seven days for $1,500 to $2,000. They also can optimize an ad’s conversion potential by adding data collection or transfer functions to existing GIF, HTML or Flash ads, Bluestreak says.
