Independent Black Lab plans a late-summer campaign for all four brands of Bimbo Bakeries USA, the agency said last week. The Venice, Calif.-based shop beat out IPG’s Foote Cone & Belding and independent O’Leary & Partners, both Irvine, Calif., for the $5 million account, according to Black Lab. Bimbo had worked on a project basis with several agencies on its Oroweat, Entenmann’s, Thomas’ and Francisco brands.
