ATLANTA Best Mexico has tapped Perez Montalbetti Advertising to create a Hispanic marketing campaign for its long-distance phone card the Denver market.

PMA’s campaign launches in August and will include radio spots, television, outdoor and public relations efforts. Jim Perez, chief creative officer and co-founder of the Atlanta shop, said that Denver has one of the highest density Hispanic markets in the U.S.

“Our goal is to capture market share in Denver within six months,” said John Wise, president of Viscom International, Best Mexico’s parent company.
