DETROIT Jeff Bell, corporate vp of global marketing for Microsoft’s Interactive Entertainment Business, is leaving the Redmond, Wash.-based company. At the same, the IEB unit will realign its leadership structure.

Bell joined Microsoft two years ago, coming from Chrysler, where he had served as vp of product strategy for Chrysler Group.

The new IEB leadership structure includes Microsoft veterans Shane Kim — who becomes corporate vp of strategy and business development, a newly created role — and Phil Spencer, who takes leadership of all first-party development and publishing efforts globally.
