Bartle Bogle Hegarty is searching outside the agency to find a successor to New York executive creative director Kevin McKeon, who left last week after three years in the job, the agency said. The search is being led by office president Cindy Gallop and global chairman John Hegarty. Hegarty and McKeon attributed the split to creative differences. McKeon, 46, joined the Publicis Groupe-backed shop in March 2001, after serving as a group creative director at IPG’s Lowe.
