Imports, Reassigns Media, Account Bosses
ATLANTA–A surging BBDO South made a pair of executive additions and subtractions last week, one at the expense of Fitzgerald & Company here.
Fitzgerald’s highly regarded chief media officer, Nik Mainthia, 46, has been tapped to take over BBDO South’s media department, supplanting Allen Ginsberg. According to BBDO South president and chief executive officer Chris Hall, Ginsberg will now handle “special projects, not client or media related . . . more agency management issues.”
Hall said senior vice president and account director Jim Garrison will leave the Atlanta agency, replaced by Shari Dennis, 40, from The Buntin Group in Nashville, Tenn.
