Known for their quirky promotions, creatives under CD Steve Etzine at Eisner Communications raised the level from last fall’s scratch-off tickets advertising Thingamajob.com and congressional voo-doo dolls for GalleryWatch.com.

For the American Chemistry Council, the Baltimore shop is distributing more than 200 megaphones to presidents and CEOs of member companies with the message, “If you want to make the world a safer place, you have to be willing to make some noise.”

Upon opening thebig, blue box, a light-triggered recording says, “Promote higher safety standards. Encourage your vendors to become responsible care partners.”

A letter encourages council members to tell 10 of their vendors to join Responsible Care, a voluntary environmental, health and safety initiative within the ACC.
