The Bates Group has landed Nokia’s business-to-business account following a month-long review, the client said. The agency is charged with introducing Nokia to the enterprise market domestically. Work set to break soon will be Nokia’s largest push into the market, the client said. Billings are undisclosed. Nokia spent $48 million on ads in 2002, according to Nielsen Monitor-Plus.
