Arnold Advances Savitt

BOSTON Havas’ Arnold said it has named Scott Savitt vp, director of interactive operations. He had been a management supervisor.

In this new role, Savitt oversees production and business development for Arnold’s interactive marketing and direct response unit, Arnold One. He reports to agency managing partner Karen Driscoll.

A three-year Arnold veteran, Savitt has provided strategic and integrated marketing solutions for clients such as Citizens Bank, ESPN, Gillette, NCR and Vonage. He also recently helped the shop add work from LifeTime Fitness.

“Scott has worked passionately to help grow Arnold’s integrated capability,” said Driscoll. “We are confident that he will continue to grow this rapidly expanding unit.”

Before joining the agency here, Savitt was a co-founder of two Boston-based direct marketing companies specializing in interactive television programming, online acquisitions, loyalty ventures and corporate sponsorships.

He has also produced several TV and interactive projects for entertainment and sports brands including the New England Patriots, New York Jets, Nascar, the Grateful Dead, the Allman Brothers and Itzhak Perlman.
