Arc Taps Colangelo

BOSTON Robin Colangelo has been named vice president of creative operations at promotions and marketing shop Arc Marketing.

In the new post, Colangelo will oversee production of all of the shop’s marketing materials for clients such as General Motors, Clairol, Kellogg Co. and UPS at the Greenwich, Conn., agency, a unit of Publicis Groupe. She reports to Angela Vecchio, senior vice president, executive creative director.

In addition to coordinating production activities at the agency, Colangelo will help coordinate efforts between Arc and siblings such as Publicis in New York, Chicago agencies Leo Burnett and Starcom MediaVest Group, and The Kaplan Thaler Group of New York.

Before joining Arc, Colangelo spent six and a half years at independent Ryan Partnership in Wilton, Conn., handling the production of TV commercials, corporate videos, CD-ROMs and other media.
