Logan Marketing & Communications has promoted associate creative director Gwynn Levy Torres to creative director. Prior to joining the New Orleans shop in 1996, Torres operated Chameleon Communications, a small local agency. In addition, the shop has hired Dominique Irvin and Allison Zatarain as public relations assistant and account coordinator, respectively. Irvin, a recent Northwestern State University graduate, previously served an internship at New Orleans City Park; Zatarain was a media planning assistant at Deutsch/LA in Marina del Rey, Calif.
