America Online has partnered with Upromise to double the money contributed to members’ college funds when they shop at participating merchants. AOL is launching a $30 million online and offline marketing campaign this week via Omnicom’s BBDO to educate subscribers about the service. Upromise, a customer-loyalty and college-savings program, was developed by Digitas founder Michael Bronner.
