Another Mintz Alumnus Joins Adams & Knight

Patrick Dugan has joined Adams & Knight Advertising as a senior copywriter.

Dugan comes to the Avon, Conn., agency from the creative department of crosstown rival Mintz & Hoke. At his new job, Dugan is reunited with Don Carter, the 14-year Mintz & Hoke veteran who was laid off by the agency and joined Adams & Knight as creative director.

Dugan, who spent four years at Mintz & Hoke and was not among the agency’s recent layoffs, said he joined Adams & Knight because, “it was a good opportunity to get in with a fast-growing firm.”
