Jerry Seinfeld and an animated Superman star in a five-minute Webisode for American Express that premiered last Monday from independent Digitas and WPP’s Ogilvy & Mather and MindShare. In the Barry Levinson-directed short, the superhero stops a thief who has stolen the comedian’s DVD player but breaks the machine. Seinfeld returns it for a full exchange, thanks to AmEx’s anti-theft policy.
