Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos this week celebrates its 30th anniversary with a private concert at the Wang Center for the Performing Arts in Boston for employees and guests.
Singer and songwriter James Taylor, who performed recently for President Bill Clinton at a fundraiser for the Democratic Party in Brookline, Mass., agreed to play at the Hill, Holliday function mainly because of chairman Jack Connors’ largesse to individuals and institutions in Boston over the years.
Taylor was a perfect choice for the event not only because of his ties to New England’s largest city, but also because, like Hill, Holliday, he has been performing for 30 years.
