NEW YORK Omnicom Group’s Agency.com said on Tuesday that it has acquired certain assets of the San Francisco-based online ad agency Exile on Seventh, an i-shop that works for eBay, 21st Century Insurance and Wells Fargo. Terms were not disclosed.
Exile on Seventh, which has 20 employees, will be absorbed into Agency.com’s 60-person San Francisco office. The “Exile” name will no longer be used. In addition, the New York, Chicago, Dallas and San Francisco offices of Agency.com’s
