OREGON Satterwhite Design in Portland has been named agency of record for Tsongas Associates. In addition to advertising, the agency will create a comprehensive marketing program that will include designing the trial consultants' brochures and correspondence materials. High Cascade Snowboard Camp has selected Ralston Group in Bend to produce advertising materials for the 1997-98 season. SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA KinderCare Learning Centers has selected Wahlstrom/West in Santa Ana to handle its national Yellow Pages account. Valdƒs Zacky Associates, a Hispanic advertising and promotion agency in Los Angeles, has added two new clients to its roster: the U.S. Postal Service and Coinstar, a company that manufactures self-service coin-counting machines. Atomic PSR in Venice has taken on pro bono client Habitat for Humanity. The interactive advertising agency will develop the charity's Internet presence. Ron Wood Architectural Art Glass has retained Limelight in Menifee for marketing, promotion and sales representation. Los Angeles-based Air Creative Group recently created a new TV, outdoor, radio and print consumer campaign for the Disney Channel to introduce its move to the basic cable tier. The campaign is titled, "The magic is what happens to you." The San Diego Performing Arts League has selected San Diego agency Di Zinno Thompson Integrated Marketing Solutions for advertising duties. Kia Motors America has announced that it has selected Pacific Communications Group in Torrance as its public relations agency, replacing Porter Novelli in Los Angeles. Mustang Marketing and Advertising in Agoura Hills has added Stenning Instruments in Camarillo to its client roster. SNAPWARE, the household products division of FloTool Corporation, has awarded advertising, promotional and design duties to Hunter/Rossini/Boleslav in Beverly Hills. Bozell Worldwide in Irvine has been named agency of record for AirTouch Cellular's newly expanded Southern California region, which includes Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Ventura counties.
