ARKANSAS

The Communications Group, Little Rock, has been awarded a contract to provide a public education program for Arkansas’ Workforce Investment Board and its statewide One-Stop Career Centers.

The Morning News has chosen Mangan Holcomb Rainwater Culpepper, Little Rock, to handle marketing, advertising and public relations. The newspaper is circulated in northwestern Arkansas.

Taylor Mack Advertising, Fayetteville, has been appointed to handle advertising for First Federal Bank of Arkansas, which operates 16 branches in northern Arkansas. The agency will introduce six new television commercials this year.

OKLAHOMA

Sterling Integrated Communications, Tulsa, was among four companies honored nationally by the Better Business Bureau for promoting ethical business standards.

XOR Strategic Creative, Tulsa, has landed the account of AFN Communications, a Tulsa-based provider of high-speed broadband access and data transport in 13 states.
