Indie shop DXagency happily reports that 90 percent of its business comes from referrals. How is this possible? Well, the digitally focused, full-service agency, which works to drive brand engagement through various channels (especially contests and sweepstakes), says its top priority is keeping clients happy. “Because I was a client, I teach our staff that if a client has already asked you for something, then we’ve missed,” said CEO Sandy Rubinstein, who’s also held senior marketing positions at TVLand and Lifetime.
