NEW YORK – Agencies hungry for a fast-food account may get a chance to take a bite out of the $15 million Shoney’s Restaurants account. The $1.8 billion chain, headquartered in Nashville, confirms it has solicited reels from several large and mid-sized shops but terms the process an internal review. Jeff Sowell, vp/advertising and marketing for Shoney’s said the chain simply wants to ‘see what’s out there.’ The review doesn’t involve any of the other chains Shoney’s owns.
