BOSTON – The grueling 15-month Nynex media review came to a close last week with Arnold Fortuna Lawner & Cabot here and Chiat/Day, New York, emerging as the big winners. AFL&C retained its estimated $25-30-million New England Telephone business. C/D won media buying for Nynex corporate, Nynex Yellow Pages and New York Telephone. Estimated billings from those divisions is $85-90 million.
