Via in Portland, Maine, one of the region’s largest independent advertising agencies, said it has promoted Chad Leitz to associate creative director. He had been a senior copywriter. Leitz works on the Adams Harkness and Banknorth accounts. Prior to Via, he served as a copywriter at Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos in Boston.
