Independent marketing shop Via in Portland, Maine, said it has promoted Pam Chamberlin to account manager from assistant account manager. She will work on various agency accounts. Prior to joining Via in 2000, Chamberlin worked at the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies, also in Portland, and at the Heritage Preservation in Washington, D.C.
