DALLAS David Lipson has been named president of Ackerman McQueen’s international division, the agency said.

Lipson replaces Tory Syvrud, who resigned to form an integrated marketing company called Strategic Partners in Dallas.

Lipson, who currently manages Ackerman’s Dallas and San Francisco offices, will now also direct the agency’s new Brussels and London locations. Those sites serve as satellites for two of Ackerman’s largest clients, theme park company Six Flags and Leapfrog Enterprises, which manufactures educational products, as well as Juniper Networks.
