Accounts in Review: NBA, Nordstrom Find New Shops for Creative, Media

Reunited and it feels so good. Steve Stoute's Translation will work again with the NBA's Pam El, as the New York agency landed lead creative responsibilities for the league. Stoute and El last partnered on Translation client State Farm when El was a marketing leader there.

Two big retailers also hired new agencies this week. Nordstrom tapped Mindshare for media planning and buying and Macy's hired Magic Johnson's agency, Walton Isaacson, to create multicultural ads.
