$50 Mil. Hispanic Nissan Biz To Vidal

Independent The Vidal Partnership in New York has won Nissan’s Hispanic ad account, the client confirmed. Vidal beat the incumbent, independent Ornelas & Associates in Dallas and Los Angeles, and Marca in Miami (partly owned by MARC USA). Nissan spent more than $20 million on Hispanic ads in ’03, per TNS Media Intelligence/CMR, but sources said spending will rise to $50 million this year.
