NEW YORK Organic said it has promoted four executives to new positions, including chief creative officer and chief experience architect.

The Omnicom-owned San Francisco interactive agency said Colleen DeCourcy was named its new chief creative officer and vice president. As executive creative director, DeCourcy, 40, was responsible for creative in the Dodge Charger “Unleash Your Freak” campaign Organic did this summer for longtime client DaimlerChrysler.

Organic also named Troy Young chief experience architect and executive vice president.
