NEW YORK Four shops are awaiting a decision from EchoStar Communications on its Dish Network account, following the conclusion of final presentations last week, sources said. They are: Publicis Groupe’s Publicis in Seattle, Omnicom Group’s TBWA\Chiat\Day in New York, Interpublic Group’s Campbell Mithun in Minneapolis and independent DiNoto in New York, said sources.

The agencies are vying for creative duties on the brand, which competes with DirecTV. The Engelwood, Colo., client has used shops on a project basis in the past, including New York independent The Romann Group.
