ATLANTA Four agencies will compete in the final round of Cellular South’s $8-10 million review, the client confirmed.

Jana Long, advertising manager for the client, said independent agencies archer>malmo in Memphis, Tenn., which handles project work, and Cramer-Krasselt in Chicago; Havas’ Arnold in McLean, Va.; and MDC Partners’ Crispin, Porter + Bogusky in Miami have advanced.

Sources said agencies would present branding projects in early February. A decision is expected in mid-February.

Incumbent Fletcher Martin Ewing, an MDC Partners shop in Atlanta, has declined to defend the account, which it has held for five years.
