New Media Strategies has added three employees. Vanessa Polak, named an online brand manager, comes to the Washington shop from US Airways in Arlington, Va., where she was manager of e-commerce communications. Stacie Duffy also has joined the agency as an online brand manager; previously, she managed the live events division of America Online in Dulles, Va. Casey Long was appointed manager of business development; he formerly was at The Corporate Executive Board in Washington, where he served in the same position.
