ATLANTA YellowPages.com has cut the list of contenders for its $4 million advertising account to four shops, sources said.

The finalists are Omnicom Group’s GSD&M in Austin, Texas, and WPP Group’s Ogilvy & Mather, Havas’ Euro RSCG and independent Venables, Bell & Partners, all in San Francisco. There is no incumbent.

BellSouth of Atlanta and SBC Communications of San Antonio jointly bought YellowPages.com last November for about $100 million. The new venture is based in Pasadena, Calif.
