The Dutcher Group has promoted three staffers. George Zwierko has been named vice president of creative services. He joined the Tampa, Fla., shop in 1997 as an art director. Michael Schillig has advanced to associate creative director. He joined Dutcher in 1995 as an art director. Susan Berliner has been appointed director of public relations. She joined the agency in 2001 as a media relations manager.
