The agencies in contention for a creative assignment from Cox Communications here were reduced to three finalists and given a like number of weeks to prepare their presentations.
The finalists are BBDO South and Match, both of Atlanta, and Lewis Advertising in Nashville, Tenn. The latter is an offshoot of an agency headquartered in Mobile, Ala., which also has a Birmingham, Ala., office.
Sources said the three remaining agencies were given three weeks, including last week, to prepare their presentations.
