DALLAS H&R Block has narrowed its Hispanic account review to three finalists, according to consultancy Select Resources International of West Hollywood, Calif.

They are: independents cruz/kravetz: Ideas, Culver City, Calif.; The Vidal Partnership, New York; and Creative on Demand, Coral Gables, Fla.

Other contenders were: Interpublic Group’s Casanova Pendrill, Irvine, Calif.; WPP Group’s Mendoza, Dillon & Asociados, Aliso Viejo, Calif.; and Zubi Advertising, Coral Gables.

SRI president Catherine Bension said the agencies will be given a strategic, creative and media assignment and will make presentations at the headquarters of the Kansas City, Mo.-based
