NEW YORK Euro RSCG and MPG have been selected to handle global creative and media duties, respectively, for NYSE Euronext after a review, sources said.

Billings are estimated at $25-30 million.

Both shops are units of Havas and pitched the business out of their New York offices.

Sources identified the other finalist teams as Omnicom Group units DDB and PHD and Interpublic Group units McCann Erickson and Universal McCann. Final presentations took place last week. The New York office of search consultancy Ark Advisors managed the process.

Euro RSCG declined to comment, and Ark did not return calls.

The finalists emerged last month after client executives visited a half-dozen shops, said sources.

Currently, the New York-based client uses Publicis Groupe's Fallon in Minneapolis for creative and media duties in the U.S., and various other agencies on a project basis overseas.

NYSE Euronext is among nearly a dozen companies in the financial sector that have launched reviews this year.
